These terms govern your use of GMA Daisy's website and software. We have written them in plain language. By using our site or tools, you agree to them.

Access to digital software and tools under one-year licenses, plus a free membership tier. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Please use our tools lawfully, and do not misuse them, harm other members, or abuse the trust the community is built on. We may suspend access that puts members or the service at risk.
Prices are shown before you buy. Purchases are one-time; nothing renews automatically. Refunds and credits are described in our Refund Policy.
We do not sell your personal information; how we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. What you store stays yours — you grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you.
Our software, brand, and the GMA Daisy name are ours. The Grand Matriarchy books and related materials are the property of their author and rights-holders. “Grandma Daisy / GMA Daisy” is a fictional character.
We work hard to keep our tools reliable and secure, but to the extent permitted by law our services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
SMS Terms v1.0 · Effective August 9, 2026
Our SMS program. GMA Daisy Inc offers a text-messaging program that sends transactional notifications (account, order, and service messages) and appointment and wellness reminders to people who opt in.
Your consent. When you give us your mobile number and opt in — for example, by checking the consent box on our sign-up form — you agree to receive the text messages described above at that number, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the number.
Frequency & cost. Message frequency varies with your activity and the reminders you request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Opting out & help. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; we send one confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for help, email info@gmadaisy.com, or call 410-499-7586. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in or consent information (including your mobile number) with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We use it only to send the messages you asked for. See our Privacy Policy.
